Advantages of Fluid Hydrocarbon Process Sampling Systems
The Delta C Sample System provides a proven method for collecting high temperature hydrocarbon fluids in a representative, repeatable, and safe manner. The Sample System consists of a sample station, sample cylinders, and the sample extruder.
Samples are collected in the sample cylinder under process pressure and temperature through a simple series of valve manipulations. The sample is then removed from the sample station and transported for analysis.
A Better Way to Sample
The Delta C Sample System was originally designed to enable accurate calibration and validation of on-line watercut monitors. The system eliminates water loss due to flashing while improving operator safety and confidence in the sample result.
Designed for ease of operation in the field, the Delta C sample system improves emulsion sampling by offering end users the capacity to collect and process samples on site with lower costs and reduced turnaround time.
Using the Delta C Sample System
Delta C Sampling Systems provide a continuous representative fluid stream through the sample cylinder. The system includes a process bypass for sample cylinder switch out. Pressure indication and relief valves are provided for safety and spare sample cylinder storage is conveniently located within the sample station.
